Minnesota truck size and dimension laws are similar to those across the country. There is a “Winter Load Increase” available that allows an increase of 10% on axle and gross weights, additionally, there are permits available for agricultural products, including sealed containers holding agricultural products, up to 90,000 lbs gross weights. Another difference is that there is a limit of 75’ of overall length on non-designated routes.
